Chanel has a new handbag line coming out for Fall/Winter 2009/2010 called Chanel Coco Cocoon. Lily Allen is the face of the new line – which debuts October 2009 – and these photos were shot by none other than Karl Lagerfeld.

The collection is of “reversible, lightweight nylon and lambskin bags in black, ecru, navy, or beige. Turn them inside out, and you’ve got the same tote, overnight duffel, or hanging garment bag in quilted garnet—the original lining color of the house’s classic 2.55 bag.”

I’m usually a big fan of Chanel Handbags but I’m not impressed with these at all. I wonder what the Chanel enthusiasts will think of this line.
